Its funny how life works out sometimes. When you want one thing to happen and another things seems to take the place of what you wanted. When you become friends with someone and put aside your instincts of protecting your heart and therfore allow someone new in your life. Believing that this friendship is bound to last and will ultimately be different than the last failed relationship or any other friendship for that matter. The ability to trust another human and ignore the possibility of being hurt again. The choice to call someone a friend, a bestfriend, a sister. The pain you feel when you are hurt or betrayed by the very person that told you they would always be there. The pain that is brought up when thinking about a loved one passed away. Seperating from a significant other while you realize that it was never ment to last forever. When a parent leaves on account of their own selfish needs and desires. When you feel all alone when there are a million people that surround you. The pressure to succeed and make a good life for yourself. The ability to ignore controversy and focus on the goal set before you. Realizing your blessings and learning how to appreciate all that you have. The strength to be all that you can be no matter what comes your way. The strength that God placed in you to fulfill your purpose.
